| Has anyone here ever heard of Chrono Trigger? It's for PS1, I believe, but I have it on SNES as well. It's a very intriguing game, and one I enjoy immensely. Here's a homemade summary. Time travel, a royal princess, a the hero knight transformed into frog-human, a magician with a clouded past, who starts out as a villain, and becomes a friend; all from 600 B.C. ; an ordinary boy who becomes a master swordsman; a girl who is a talented inventor; and a mysterious girl who is not who she seems; all from A.D. 1000. An intelligent robot from A.D. 2,300. A primitive girl from 65,000,000 B.C. All fighting against one foe; Lavos; a destroyer of worlds. What's going to happen? Hee....I make it sound like a story...I wish it were; but it's a wonderful game as well. Interesting, no? | |

| I got the rom of it a while back, but have not been tempted to get very far into it. the battle system was very interesting, though.

| I loved that game! We had the first and second on SNES on our old computer. Then the Tower ate a disc and the computer burned and destroyed itself in front of us.... Anyway, we didn't get it again yet. We should It's an amazing game. Instead James got The Secret of Mana. | |

| Ooo, SoM is good too! I have it on SNES as well as CT. And yeah; my brother has the PS1 version; so I played that. He used to tell me about when he played it on a black-and-white screen, so that he had to guess if he was being hit or healed, because there wasn't green for healing and white for damage. | |
